Returns Policy

The user – customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products purchased, free of charge and without being obliged to inform us of the reason why he/she wishes to return the products, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date he/she received the products.

In this case, the user – customer is charged on the one hand with any amount charged by the store for sending the item to him/her and on the other hand with the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are accepted only if the products that the buyer wishes to return are in the same condition in which he received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice and all accompanying documents.

Returns will not be accepted on offer items (stock) and used items.

In any case that the user – customer wishes to return the products, purchased from our online store, should notify us, within the above deadline, in writing to the address: HOLIDAY LAND SA, 29 Ag. 3 Alons, 185 40, Piraeus or to our e-mail address info@holidayland.gr (under the attention of Mr. Stefanos Draikos), indicating the full details (date and number) of the relevant purchase document.

Provided that you receive a written approval for return from the store, the address to which the products must be sent for return is: HOLIDAY LAND SA, 29 Ag. Dionysiou & 3 Alons, 185 40, Piraeus (Attention Mr. Stefanos Draikos).

In order to avoid any inconvenience, our store advises each user – our customer, at the time of delivery of the order, to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.).

In case you find a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery, on the same or, at the latest, the next working day, either by phone at 210 4110141 or by sending us an e-mail to our e-mail address info@holidayland.gr (for the attention of Mr.Stephanos Draikos).

In case of return of the products and depending on the way the customer chose to pay for the order and the way the return will be carried out, the refund of the customer’s money will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date the products are received by the store.

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without further notice to a total or partial set-off of this claim against the customer.

Cancellation of Order

In any case, the user-customer is entitled to cancel his order within the above 24-hour period, if it has not yet been executed and the item has not been delivered (i.e. no tax document has been issued), either by calling us at +30 210 4110141 or by sending us a relevant e-mail to info@holidayland.gr (under the attention of Mr.Stephanos Draikos).

Depending on the stage of development of the relevant order, the user – customer will be informed about the options available to him. Any change or cancellation of the order will not be valid without our prior acceptance and in any case the user-customer will be responsible for any damage caused by the cancellation of the order.
