Shipping Methods

The products are either shipped anywhere within the Greek Territory, except in areas where the partner transport company does not provide services, or they are picked up from our store in Ag. 29 Agiou Dionysiou Street and Alon 3, 185 40, Piraeus.

In particular, the user – customer can receive his order from our store in Ag. Dionysiou 29 and Alon 3, 185 40, Piraeus, by paying the purchase price in cash, upon receipt of the products from our store.

In this case, the order will be valid for two (2) working days from the moment the order status shows the indication “Receipt from store”, while in any case an informative e-mail is sent for the status of the order.

In the event that the user – customer does not come to the store for the execution of the order (receipt of the order) during the above exclusive period of two (2) working days, the order will be cancelled, without the store being liable for any reason. In addition, the products can be shipped to the place that the user – customer has indicated in the Order Form with a transport company.

In areas where it is not possible to send the order through the courier service, the delivery time is that provided by the Greek Post Office.

Shipments will be made every day, except Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and between August 5 and August 25.

The minimum cost of transport is 20€, while after consultation and depending on the area there may be a cost of transport up to 40€.

From 1/9/2022 minimum transport charge within Attica 10€. (This also applies to delivery to an agency).

If the user – customer does not agree with the cost of transport is entitled – within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the relevant information – to request in writing (by fax or e-mail) the correction or cancellation of the order. The expiry of this deadline will constitute proof of the agreement and acceptance by the user-customer of the transport costs. The delivery time stated in the Registration Confirmation is approximate. The store will make every effort to dispatch the products within ten (10) working days (Monday to Friday), and in any case, the delivery is due no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the order by the store, unless there is a reason – problem in the availability of the item and this has been communicated from the outset to the customer placing the order or reason of force majeure.

For products whose availability is “ON DELIVERY” and provided that they can be ordered from the store’s suppliers, the delivery time will be set approximately in the list. The place of delivery is indicated in the Registration Confirmation.

Ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment, while the risk is transferred upon delivery.
